Mario Kart Wii is a game with an unparalleled pedigree. It's been around forever so could it really improve that much?

Well yes, that much and more! There are more racers and circuits than ever before, new characters, new stunts and new weapons, all in all it's looking brilliant.

Then there's the Wii steering wheel, a piece of plastic that changes your whole gaming experience, making it easier for first time gamers to get in to the game (Our Granny even gets it!) because now you're driving! Unless, of course, you're riding on the newly added motorbikes!

There are some cool Wii touches such as your ability to drive as your own Mii (once you've unlocked the required cups).
