The good:
Work off the christmas waistline by playing this superb innovation on the wii machine. Great for your body at times with balancing, yoga and muscle toning, and trust me it works.
The bad:
Don't overdo your excersise on this because you will feel bit sore in some areas but if used properly a great way of improving your physique for 2009!
